About the Role:
Develop and maintain a robust product software framework to facilitate the expansion and adaptation of our AI product for different enterprise customers.
Design and implement scalable software architectures and systems to support rapid development and integration of new features.
Create reusable components, libraries, and tools that enable other developers to efficiently build and extend the product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI experts and product managers, to define software requirements and ensure alignment with customer needs.
Ensure the software framework is well-documented, well-tested, and follows best practices for code quality and maintainability.
Continuously improve the software development processes and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software engineering to incorporate new technologies and techniques into the product framework.
Actively participate in code reviews and collaborate with the team to address technical challenges and ensure high-quality code.
Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap by providing insights and recommendations based on software engineering expertise.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must-Have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
From 04 years of experience in software engineering, especially in developing complex systems.
Strong proficiency in Python. Familiarity with additional programming languages (such as Java, C++, or JavaScript) is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (Git), automated testing, and comprehensive documentation.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including building, deploying, and maintaining applications in these environments.
Proficient in containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Docker-compose or Kubernetes.
Strong database skills, including both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Solid understanding and experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) for smooth deployment processes.
Knowledge of software security best practices and their implementation in production environments.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for maintaining the health and performance of applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Great to have:
Experience in generative AI, chatbots, messaging applications, Large Language Models(LLMs), or NLP technologies.
Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., ReactJS), Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and proactive troubleshooting skills.
