JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop HRIS/ HRMS software using Python and TypeScript
Create and expand software, web applications, and products supporting business lines
Help choose tools and technologies for our stacks
Contribute to improving processes and methodologies
Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and HR technology specialists to create innovative business approaches
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Provide time estimates and propose adjustments to timelines
Review other developers' designs, code, and technical documentation
Design, develop, test, install, and support programs/systems aligned with requirements
Assist in analyzing requirements and developing system approach recommendations

JOB REQUIREMENT

Computer Science Bachelor's degree or equivalent
More than 3 years of experience in cloud-based HRIS/ HRMS software development using various technologies such as Python, TypeScript/React JS, NodeJs, SQL, API, and Git
Demonstrated proficiency in creating API platform
Strong understanding of application database including RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL
Capable of writing logical, clean, and reusable codes to enhance user-system interaction
Familiar with the latest coding trends, standards, and security protocols
Experience with APIs, integration platforms, CI, CD, automated testing, DevOps, Docker, Git, and Azure development ecosystems (APIM, App Services, Function App and Logic App) is an advantage
