Software Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manages and/or supports a portfolio of projects from start to finish including the development of business cases, project plans, resource management and deliverables.
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identifies, manages and mitigates risk throughout the project and keep stakeholders aware of the risks.
Ensures that project management methodology is followed by the project team and enforce project standards.
Develops and tracks key project milestone deliverables and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
Develops and delivers status reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
Identifies resources and skillsets needed for the project including key business stakeholders and technical resources.
Coaches, mentors, motivates and supervises project team members and contractors, and influences them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business management/ information technology.
At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end project execution as Project Manager role from project initiation to project closing, preferably in projects related to Loyalty Program, CRM, Ecommerce, POS system integration or any in the field of consumer mobile app, Saas product.
Strong business mindset, used to work directly or support teams with customers/vendors/partners to develop business cases, selling or presales experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, Agile methodologies like Kanban, Scrum are preferred.
Proficiency in using project management tools: such as JIRA, MS Project, etc.
You are an accountability, detail-oriented and goal-driven person.

Senior Software Engineer (Backend + Network)

Continuously monitor and analyze new VPN providers, proxy services, and anonymization tools. Conduct investigations on IP allocation patterns, hosting provider behaviors, and network infrastructure changes. Develop and maintain comprehensive databases of known VPN/proxy IP ranges and behavioral signatures. Research emerging threats such as residential proxies, mobile proxies, and distributed proxy networks. Monitor darkweb marketplaces and security forums for emerging proxy/VPN trends. Perform deep packet analysis and network traffic pattern recognition. Develop and maintain the system using PHP, Python, and/or Go. Optimize VPN/Proxy detection algorithms. Design scalable infrastructure to handle millions of IP lookups per day. Implement monitoring and alerting systems for detection accuracy and system performance. Analyze production incidents related to false positives/negatives in threat detection. Collaborate with DevOps team on deployment of detection rule updates and model improvements. Investigate customer-reported bypass attempts and develop rapid response solutions. Provide technical expertise during customer security consultations.
