Software Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Over 30 years of experience, Company has been developing and manufacturing advanced and reliable occupant and pedestrian protection electronics. Those products precisely trigger passive safety systems like airbags and seat-belts in the event of a crash or collision. The airbag control units (ACU) provided by Company are scaled to all vehicle classes from basic to the premium segment, and ensure high safety to end users
Setup Software Project Structure according to software project targets
Manage Software Requirement from analysis to acceptance
Plan and ensure delivery of Software work packages
Control the SW Cost according to the Software Project Budget
Ensure Software Quality and compliance with Software Development Process 
Inform software project status and escalate for software project barriers 
Ensure achievement of the software project targets
Analysis of Requirement based verification tracking results (SW) 

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor/master degree in Electrical, Electronics or in Automotive Engineering
Good knowledge in electronics, software, Hardware & Mechatronics, automotive background is preferred
5+ years of experience in electronic control unit (ECU) related product development
3+ years of experience project management is preferred
Basic knowledge in safety concept according to ISO26262
Good tool usage: MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Self-discipline, self-motivation and strong team work spirit
Good communication skills and English both in oral and written 
Additional Information: Japanese language is a plus

Finance & Administration Manager

#Accounting, Tax & Financial Reporting (Quality & Accuracy Focused): (50% SOW) Lead monthly and annual closing in compliance with VAS with zero tolerance for errors. Prepare financial reports for Japan HQ, ensuring clear logic, variance analysis, and alignment with group governance standards. Review and validate all work output from the accounting staff (including tax filings: CIT, VAT, PIT) before submission to authorities or HQ. You are the final gatekeeper for accuracy. Serve as the primary representative for negotiations with banks, auditors, and tax authorities. Manage these relationships with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy to prevent conflicts and protect the company's reputation. Directly supervise and mentor the existing Accounting staff.#General Administration & Office Management: (40% SOW) Oversee the Administration team, ensuring smooth operations of both Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi offices. Facility Management: Manage office environment, lease agreements, and renovations to ensure a productive workspace. Ensure legal compliance in administrative matters and support the CEO in corporate governance tasks. Drive cost optimization initiatives across office operations. Expat Support (if applicable): Manage visas, work permits, and residency cards for expatriate staff.
