Our client is a leading technology company specializing in graphics processing units (GPUs) and artificial intelligence (AI).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Establish a team in Vietnam, overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of top software quality talent to expand the global footprint.
Create and execute software quality assurance strategies, prioritizing automation, reliability, and performance testing for AI, Health, and data center solutions.
Improve test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency, expand test coverage, and enable continuous integration.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to establish quality goals, requirements, and real-world validation use cases.
Establish and monitor essential quality metrics, utilizing data analytics to drive enhancements.
Encourage professional growth and cultivate a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
Emphasize early engagement in the product development cycle to embed quality in design, architecture, and implementation phases.
Develop and implement standardized processes for large-scale, distributed system testing, including stress, scale, failover, and resiliency testing.
Ensure that security and compliance testing adheres to industry standards for cloud and data center products.
Advocate for continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) practices by integrating testing into the development pipeline.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant experience and 12+ years of overall experience
6+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives and fostering high-performing software quality assurance teams
Proven success in building and expanding global teams, including establishing new locations and recruiting top talent
Proficiency in test automation, code coverage, and performance testing for large-scale, distributed systems
Extensive knowledge of AI, Healthcare, cloud platforms, and data center technologies
Strong programming and scripting skills for automation (Python, C++, etc.).
Awareness of industry trends and advancements in AI-driven testing, automation, and cloud-based validation strategies
Experience in optimizing testing infrastructure to ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability of automated test environments
Collaboration with customers and partners to integrate real-world workloads into test scenarios for improved product validation
