Software QA Director

JOB DESCRIPTION

Build a team in Vietnam from the ground up, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top software quality talent to expand Our Client's global footprint
Define and drive software quality assurance strategies, with a focus on automation, reliability, and performance testing for AI, Health and data center solutions.
Develop and enhance test automation frameworks to increase efficiency, test coverage, and continuous integration.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to define quality goals, requirements, and real-world validation use cases.
Establish and monitor key quality metrics, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements.
Mentor and develop talent within the organization, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Drive early engagement in the product development cycle, ensuring quality is embedded in design, architecture, and implementation phases
Develop and deploy standard processes for large-scale, distributed system testing, encompassing stress, scale, failover, and resiliency testing.
Ensure security and compliance testing aligns with industry standards for cloud and data center products.
Champion continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) practices, integrating testing into the development pipeline

JOB REQUIREMENT

PHD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience and 12+ overall years of experience
6+ years of leadership experience in driving strategic initiatives and fostering highperforming software quality assurance teams
Proven track record in building and scaling global teams, including setting up new locations and hiring top talent
Expertise in test automation, code coverage, and performance testing for largescale, distributed systems
Deep knowledge of AI, Healthcare, cloud platforms, and data center technologies.
Strong programming and scripting skills for automation (Python, C++, etc.).

Experience in optimizing testing infrastructure, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability of automated test environments

Principal Engineer, System Software Platform Engineering

Build and operate the platform for AI: multi-tenant services, identity/policy, configuration, quotas, cost controls, and paved paths for teams. Lead inference platforms at scale, including model-serving routing, autoscaling, rollout safety (canary/A-B), ensuring reliability, and maintaining end-to-end observability. Operate GPUs in Kubernetes: lead Our Client device plugins, GPU Feature Discovery, time-slicing, MPS, and MIG partitioning; implement topology-aware scheduling and bin-packing. Lead GPU lifecycle: driver/firmware/Runtime (CUDA, cuDNN, NCCL) updates via GPU Operator; ensure kernel/RHEL/Ubuntu compatibility and safe rollouts. Build secure traffic and networking: API gateways, service mesh, rate limiting, authN/authZ, multi-region routing, and DR/failover.
