Acting as the primary point of contact for Product Management, Release Management, and stakeholders on technical matters. Assisting in interviewing candidates and helping build out the engineering team. Fostering a culture of quality, security, and continuous improvement within the team. Active development and code ownership across the stack - C#/.NET services and React/TypeScript frontends Owning the technical direction of Managed ERP Hosting and the Documents Archive Solution Defining and evolving the technical architecture, driving the roadmap for cloud transformation, and test automation Evaluating and adopting AI-assisted development tools to accelerate team productivity. Championing secure-by-design practices and maintaining high-quality code across the entire stack. Providing hands-on incident response and on-call escalation support together with the team.
