JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated Solution Architect to join the Enterprise Strategy and Architecture team on our banking client's project. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex and innovative solutions to meet the business needs of our client. You will work closely with technical teams and key stakeholders to architect solutions that are both scalable and sustainable.
Responsibilities:
Design and architect complex solutions delivering an end to end technical outcome that can meet business needs and align with industry best practices
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and ensure the documentation of architectural decisions are compliant and meet regulatory requirements for the domain
Drive the technical roadmap according to the project's technology strategy and architectural patterns, lead the technical direction and provide guidance on technology selection and architecture decisions
Conduct technical review sessions with clients and stakeholders and provide technical guidance and advice to the architecture team across the technology lifecycle.
Serve as a technical advisor and advocate for best practices in solution design, understanding how these to shape and sequence initiative features.
Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies
Work with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Confirm design artifacts for completion, certifying testability to allow for effective change management of assessments.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture.
You have expert experience and background in technology and development that has led you to becoming a Solution Architect.
You are a subject matter expert in technological areas such as Integration Technologies,
Web Architecture, AWS and Azure Cloud and Distribution Systems in the banking industry
Experience in designing the overall system architecture that aligns with the architectural road map and requirements.
Experience in communicating and collaborating with stakeholders, including technical teams and business leaders.
Experience in understanding the overall system architecture and identifying and mitigating potential risks in it
Experience working within a complex and regulated IT environment using subject matter expert knowledge in end-to-end solution architecture design to navigate through various scenarios
Understanding how to plan and execute the migration of legacy systems to modern architecture.
Experience in being able to spot and identify technical debt within existing systems.
Experience in aligning technical solutions with long-term business objectives in a strategical manner.
Ability to develop roadmaps for business units and influence, triage, prioritize business outcomes.
Knowledge of change management principles to enable migration during system transformation.
