JOB DESCRIPTION

Our team focuses on developing new digital financial platforms and apps with a strong emphasis on reliability and scalability using modern engineering practices. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented software engineers in our Digital Bank Build team, who are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the new digital banking platform and customer channels. Your role will involve implementing software features, contributing to technical designs, and ensuring high-quality product delivery with the use of Scrum and DevOps models.
We are seeking experienced Solution Architects who will:
Assess current technologies used in the company and establish strategies for enhancing cross-country digital architectures.
Identify technical gaps and propose solutions using standardized technologies and appropriate technology life cycles.
Advise business owners and stakeholders on suitable designs, considering technical complexity, risks, resources, scope, and time constraints.
Serve as a technical liaison and advocate to foster business relationships with stakeholders through product presentations and evaluations.
Monitor and ensure architectural compliance, company practices, and best practices to mitigate risk and security issues in a timely manner.
Provide detailed specifications to align different levels of stakeholders on a common approach.
Offer support to development teams, guiding them on technical matters and influencing them to adhere to good practices and appropriate architectural designs.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Proficient in developing and implementing resilient solutions using enterprise integration patterns for large-scale systems.
Extensive experience in system resilience, analytics, monitoring, and notifications.
Hands-on knowledge of Cloud platforms (with AWS being advantageous).
Sound understanding of application development across diverse geographies.
Proficient in technical writing and creating visual documentation of solutions.
Experienced in managing large-scale data stores and messaging systems.
Familiarity with Fintech or Digital banking is beneficial.
Familiarity with Java and Spring Framework is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a software engineer.
At least 3 years' experience in a Solution Architect role.
Designed and deployed one or more systems in a production environment.
Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency.

The Solution Development Team's primary goal is to provide competitive solutions that meet our customers' specific requirements by achieving high performance and low power consumption for automotive SoCs.
