Our team is responsible for developing a new digital financial platform and apps that are reliable and scalable, using modern engineering practices. We are seeking talented software engineers to join our Digital Bank Build team, where you will be involved in designing, building, and maintaining the new digital banking platform and customer channels. As part of the team, you will implement software features, contribute to technical designs, and ensure high-quality product delivery through rigorous testing. Our teams operate in Scrum and DevOps models.

We are currently seeking an experienced Solution Architect with the following responsibilities:
Analyzing current technologies and formulating a strategy and roadmap for enhancing the company's cross-country digital architecture.
Identifying technical gaps and recommending appropriate solutions to standardize technologies and manage technology lifecycles.
Influencing business owners and stakeholders to consider technical complexity, risks, resources, scope, and timelines when designing solutions.
Serving as a technical liaison and advocate to build relationships with stakeholders and conduct product presentations and evaluations.
Ensuring compliance with architectural standards, company practices, and best practices to address security and risk issues in a timely manner.
Providing detailed specifications for various stakeholders to align on a common approach.
Supporting development teams and advising on technical issues, promoting good practices, and guiding appropriate architectural design to delivery managers and project owners.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Skills and Experience:
Years of experience designing and implementing robust solutions using enterprise integration patterns for complex, large-scale business systems
Strong expertise in system resilience, analytics, monitoring, and notifications
Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms, particularly AWS
Proficiency in application development across various geographical locations
Proficient in technical writing, with the ability to articulate solutions through diagrams and figures
Familiarity with large-scale data stores and messaging systems
Bonus: Experience in Fintech or Digital banking, as well as hands-on experience with Java and the Spring Framework
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a software engineer
At least 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect
Design and implementation of one or more systems currently in production
Demonstrated technical leadership and strong communication skills
Excellent written and verbal English proficiency
