JOB DESCRIPTION

Establish and standardize the architecture for the entire organization.
Develop templates and share knowledge relevant to each service.
Review technology selection and architecture to address bottlenecks.
Create guidelines for managing technical debt and re-architecting.
Define and implement security design across the company's architecture.
Work with product managers and developers to integrate architectural insights into the development process.
Provide temporary support to teams for implementation and managing technical debt.
Demonstrate technical influence and set an example within and outside the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum of 10 years of backend software development experience, with a preference for Java/ Golang or other programming languages.
Strong experience in designing large-scale system architectures.
Knowledge of technology selection and conducting architecture reviews.
Excellent communication skills with Product Managers and development teams.
Ability to make technical judgments considering business impact.
Integrated architecture design experience for multiple products or services.
Active involvement in the technical community and communication activities.
Proficiency in cloud services and microservice architecture.
Experience in enhancing development processes and implementing DevOps.
Familiarity with security design and resolution of technical debt.
Stay updated with and lead the latest technologies.
Someone with both deep and broad technical knowledge, passionate about creating business value.
Aim to positively influence the entire organization.
Value teamwork and can collaborate with others to achieve results.
