JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist customers with the onboarding process for seamless integration of the service.
Help customers in understanding how the product can address their business goals and address their challenges.
Support in event categorization and data pipeline using knowledge of SDKs, APIs, and third-party integrations.
Build trust as a dependable partner in the marketing technology and digital growth space.
Share customer feedback internally to contribute to the improvement of the service.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Excellent business-level English communication skills
A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Analysis, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a relevant role such as Solution Architect, Solutions Engineer, etc.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Kotlin, Swift, Java, or JavaScript
Experience with SDK or S2S API integration in mobile or web analytics platforms
Ability to clearly and simply explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
In-depth understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and practical experience or strong knowledge of data flow and postback mechanisms across major ad platforms
Technical ability to understand and design complex data flows and system interactions related to performance tracking, event-based attribution, and cohort analysis
Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, along with proactive problem-solving mindset
Proven project management skills and ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
