Solution Architect
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Solution Architect, based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh city with a minimum of 10 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing complex business solutions in the banking domain. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable solutions to support our banking operations
Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures for transformation and modernization initiatives
Evaluate current architectures and propose and implement appropriate technical solutions to meet business requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders, business representatives, and subject matter experts to design IT systems and programs
Manage and coordinate efforts among various teams to ensure that project deliverables are met
Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire product
Identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions throughout the full lifecycle
JOB REQUIREMENT
Having at least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Solution Architect role or 10 years of experience in Azure.
Good understanding and experience in web3 technologies (EVM, Smart Contract development, Solidity, Hardhat, UUPS, ethers.js, Alchemy, Fireblocks, etc.)
Experience working with Azure Cloud Services, including deploying blockchain infrastructure
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (e.g., GitHub Actions) for automated smart contract deployments
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools for blockchain applications
Ability to work under pressure and handle high-priority incidents efficiently
Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration with global and local teams
Proficiency in modern programming languages and cloud platforms
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-effort, dynamic work environment
Strong technical and design skills
Fast learner of new and emerging technologies
Self-motivated with the ability to drive features to deliver
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in developing and deploying cloud-native platform architecture in hyperscalers that well supports the other consumers and seamless integrate with the software architectures (e.g. MSA, Event-Driven Architecture, etc.), with a focus on Well-Architected Framework
Experience in a consultative technical Sales/Pre-Sales Solution Architect role supporting revenue objectives with a proven track record of success
Experience in managing and working with multiple technical teams
Track record of thought leadership or T-Shaped skills around diverse technologies like infrastructure, cloud, security, database
Exposure to any banking domain knowledge is advantageous
