JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and implement comprehensive architectures for core banking transformation and modernization projects.
Assess existing core banking systems, identify limitations, and propose scalable, sustainable solutions.
Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and subject matter experts to define solution blueprints.
Oversee and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of robust and future-proof banking solutions.
Maintain uniformity across the core banking ecosystem, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) throughout the project lifecycle.
Define best practices, frameworks, and strategic approaches for core banking transformation initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Strong understanding of banking products, transaction processing, payments, and regulatory requirements.
Enterprise architecture, software design patterns, and API-driven architectures.
Modern application development using event-driven architecture and microservices.
Hands-on experience with integration frameworks and legacy system modernization in banking.
Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead technical discussions in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Proficiency in Java, including OOP principles, Kafka, Spring Boot, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
Experience in consultative technical roles, supporting revenue objectives with a strong track record.
Experience managing multiple technical teams, ensuring successful collaboration.
Thought leadership in infrastructure, cloud computing, security, and databases.
Banking Domain Exposure:
Familiarity with banking industry operations and emerging financial technologies.
