Solution Architect
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team, preferably based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh city, with at least 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing complex business solutions within the banking sector. The primary responsibilities include creating and implementing robust and scalable solutions to support our banking operations. The key duties for this role will include:
Crafting and implementing comprehensive solutions for transformation and modernization projects
Assessing existing architectures and suggesting and executing appropriate technical solutions to meet business needs
Collaborating with stakeholders, business representatives, and subject matter experts to develop IT systems and programs
Overseeing and coordinating efforts among different teams to ensure successful project completions
Guaranteeing architectural integrity and consistency across the entire product
Identifying, communicating, and addressing risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions throughout the entire life cycle of the project
JOB REQUIREMENT
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Solution Architect role
Essential experience in the banking domain
Strong understanding of banking systems, transactions, and processes
Proficiency in modern programming languages and cloud platforms
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-effort, dynamic work environment
Excellent technical and design skills
Quick learner of new and emerging technologies
Self-motivated with a drive to deliver features
Preferred Skills
Proficient in developing and deploying applications in a microservices architecture and event-driven architectures, particularly strong in Java (Java, OOP, Kafka, Spring boot, etc.), with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance optimization
Experience in a consultative technical Sales/Pre-Sales Solution Architect role supporting revenue objectives, with a proven track record of success
Experience in managing and collaborating with multiple technical teams
Recognized thought leadership or T-Shaped skills across diverse technologies like infrastructure, cloud, security, and database
Exposure to any banking domain knowledge is advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
