#LEADERSHIP & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES You discuss the Product Manager's requirements with the team and break them down into epics and Jira tasks the team can execute against. You facilitate estimations together with the team and capture them on the corresponding Jira items. You own the plan: you track progress, ensure the team stays on plan, and keep it continuously up to date in Jira. Technical leadership and mentoring of the engineering team - guiding architectural decisions, code reviews, and best practices. Personnel responsibility: regular 1: 1s, performance conversations, goal setting, and supporting personal development plans. Ownership of team delivery: sprint planning, backlog refinement, removing blockers, and ensuring reliable execution. Acting as the primary point of contact for Product Management, Release Management, and stakeholders on technical matters. Recruitment support: interviewing candidates and helping build out the engineering team. Fostering a culture of quality, security, and continuous improvement within the team.#TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES (HANDS-ON) Active development and code ownership across the stack - C#/.NET services and React/TypeScript frontends. Owning the technical direction of Managed ERP Hosting - the wizard-driven, message-based (Azure Service Bus) provisioning and reliable operation of per-tenant ERP environments on Azure. Owning the Documents Archive Solution (DAS) - GoBD-compliant archive for invoices and business documents, built as a React + TypeScript (Bun / Effect) service on Azure (PostgreSQL, Blob storage, Event Hub) and integrated into the Hub and Managed ERP Panel. Defining and evolving the technical architecture: modular design, REST and GraphQL APIs, cloud infrastructure (Azure), and data flows. Driving the roadmap for the cloud transformation - moving the ERP step by step from virtual machines onto Linux and Docker. Owning the roadmap for test automation, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), observability, and operational reliability. Evaluating and adopting AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate team productivity. Championing secure-by-design practices and maintainable, high-quality code across the entire stack. Hands-on incident response and on-call escalation support together with the team.
