Solution Architect (Java/Golang)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and execute comprehensive solution architectures for financial services and digital payment systems.
Assess existing banking infrastructure, discern limitations, and propose sustainable architecture roadmaps.
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and subject matter experts to establish and harmonize solution blueprints.
Lead and oversee interdisciplinary technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of strong, scalable, and secure solutions.
Maintain architectural coherence and uniformity across all banking platforms and components.
Identify, communicate, and address risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions (RAID) throughout the program's lifecycle.
Offer innovative thinking, define architecture standards, best practices, and frameworks in line with industry developments.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is required.
At least 4 years of experience in a Solution Architect or similar senior technical role, with a total experience of 12 years.
Experience in the banking/e-wallet/financial services domain is strongly preferred.
Expertise in enterprise architecture, microservices, software design patterns, and API-driven designs is a must.
Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, integration, and modern application stacks is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences are important.
Ability to travel frequently for client engagements, workshops, and solution presentations is required.
Proficiency in Java or Golang and associated frameworks is preferred.
Strong focus on scalability, resilience, and performance optimization is valued.
Pre-sales or technical sales experience is highly desirable for supporting solutioning and revenue generation.
Experience in leading or coordinating technical teams across distributed environments is beneficial.
Exposure to infrastructure, AWS cloud platform, security frameworks, and databases is a plus.
Certifications or experience in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar are beneficial.
