JOB DESCRIPTION

Create and execute comprehensive solution architectures for banking/e-wallet/financial services transformation, payments, cards, channels, and modernization programs.
Assess existing banking systems, identify constraints, and suggest adaptable and sustainable architecture plans.
Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and subject matter experts to establish and align solution blueprints.
Coordinate and oversee technical teams from different departments to ensure the successful delivery of sturdy, adaptable, and secure solutions.
Guarantee architectural integrity and uniformity across platforms and components within the banking ecosystem.
Identify, communicate, and address Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) during the program's lifecycle.
Offer innovative thinking and establish best practices, architecture standards, and frameworks that align with industry trends.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
At least 4 years of experience in a Solution Architect or equivalent senior technical role, and a total of 12 years of experience.
Strong experience in the banking/e-wallet/financial services domain.
Expertise in enterprise architecture, microservices, software design patterns, and API-driven designs.
Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, integration, and modern application stacks.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Willingness to travel onsite for client engagements, workshops, and solution presentations.
Proficiency in Java or Golang and associated frameworks.
Strong focus on scalability, resilience, and performance optimization.
Pre-sales or technical sales experience is highly desirable, particularly in supporting solutioning and revenue generation.
Experience in leading or coordinating technical teams across distributed environments.
Exposure to infrastructure, AWS cloud platform, security frameworks, and databases.
Certifications or experience in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar are a plus.
