Solution Designer (DPH)

Analyze business requirements and systems to design enterprise-grade solutions that balance technical excellence, security, scalability, and business value. Develop comprehensive design artifacts, architectural diagrams, and technical documentation to guide implementation teams.

Apply systems thinking and design thinking methodologies to assess impacts across the ecosystem. Undertake proof-of-concept builds when required to validate architectural decisions and de-risk implementation.

Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and design decisions to diverse audiences including Heads of Technology, Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Tech Leads, Quality Engineering Teams, and Technology Executives. Serve as a trusted advisor who can translate between business and technical domains.

Advocate for platform-thinking principles by designing reusable, extensible solutions that drive consistency and efficiency across the organization. Provide strategic input to Technology Leadership on architectural direction, technical debt, and platform evolution.

Proficient in application design and technology, with over 5 years of experience in application design and 10 years in technology in general.

Excellent stakeholder management skills and fluency in English communication.

Familiarity with micro-frontend concepts and strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns in complex environments.

Skilled in Typescript, JavaScript frameworks (especially NodeJS & ReactJS), and backend programming languages like Java, Golang, etc.

Knowledge of GraphQL and API schema design, as well as integration patterns (REST, event-driven systems).

Understanding of DevOps, including testing automation, cloud services (AWS/Azure), and application security.

Experience in the banking or financial services industry.

Proficiency in an Agile development environment.
