Our client is a global provider of industry-specific software for manufacturing, distribution, retail and services businesses

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide technical and functional support during the sales process with customers and prospects.
Serve as a communication link with Product Managers to discuss and contribute to product development.
Offer business expertise in manufacturing, accounting and work flow analysis processes.
Assist the sales team in preparing and conducting demonstrations.
Collaborate with the sales force to provide customer solutions.
Share knowledge and expertise within the SE Community.
Work with Channel Enablement to assist partners' Solution Engineers in promoting the product.
Handle responses to requests for information and proposals on the product and related products.
Host customer and prospect webinars.
Travel within the Region is required (20%-50%).

JOB REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 5 years of presales experience in the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience, including a background in channel/partner/distributor with proven presales experience.
Demonstrated success in supporting both direct and channel sales.
Essential experience in the Manufacturing industry, with knowledge in Distribution and Financial being a plus.
Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to explain "Why" rather than just "What".
Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
