JOB DESCRIPTION

Create and enhance scalable backend services utilizing C# and .NET technologies
Determine architecture strategies for distributed and service-oriented systems
Develop dependable APIs, integrations, and asynchronous processing workflows
Partner with AI and data teams to incorporate intelligent automation capabilities into the platform
Enhance platform reliability, observability, security, and performance
Lead technical conversations, code reviews, and engineering best practices
Guide and nurture engineers and support their technical development within the team
Contribute to the long-term platform strategy and technical roadmap
Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver top-notch solutions

JOB REQUIREMENT

Extensive expertise developing in C# and the .NET ecosystem
Proficient in building and designing backend systems and APIs that can scale
Thorough understanding of software architecture principles and distributed systems
Experience working with microservices and service-oriented architectures
Proficiency in asynchronous processing, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure
Skilled in developing modern frontend applications using React
Full-stack development experience encompassing both frontend and backend systems
Capable of making and influencing technical decisions within an engineering team
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Working knowledge of integrating AI or machine learning capabilities into applications
Experience with service desk, CRM, or operational support platforms
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies
Proficient in observability and monitoring tooling
Understanding of security and access control patterns in enterprise systems
