JOB DESCRIPTION

Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities within existing and new accounts, forming partnerships across technology, operations, and innovation.
Work with the sales and technology teams to shape and close strategic opportunities, from concept to contract.
Manage account financials, contracts, and governance frameworks to ensure commercial health and customer satisfaction.
Convert client insights into actionable business development plans, supporting upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers across client organizations, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic engagements.
Gain a deep understanding of client business goals, technology landscape, and transformation priorities, positioning the company as a long-term strategic partner.
Lead regular client engagements to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and growth.
Foster collaboration with strategic cloud and DLT partners, encouraging joint selling and delivery initiatives across enterprise and corporate accounts.
Lead the development and execution of joint strategic partner business plans, with a focus on revenue growth and partnership performance.
Cultivate strong relationships with partner account teams, sales leaders, and solution architects to ensure visibility of company-led projects within the partner ecosystem.
Collaborate with global delivery and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of client programs.
Provide thought leadership on emerging technology trends and their potential impact on financial services.
Represent the company at industry and partner events, reinforcing the brand and strengthening market presence in Vietnam and APAC.

JOB REQUIREMENT

More than 8 years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or senior IT management roles within the financial services or technology consulting sector
Proven ability to build and manage large, complex client accounts and implement transformative technology programs
In-depth knowledge of digital transformation, cloud adoption, digital banking, and blockchain/distributed ledger technologies
Successful track record in creating and executing strategic account plans and meeting revenue growth targets
Strong skills in relationship management, negotiation, and communication, with experience in engaging senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, COO, etc.)
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of working independently in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
A pre-existing network within Tier 1 financial institutions in Vietnam is highly preferred
