JOB DESCRIPTION

Undertake critical projects related to game operations, player experience, and marketing
Receive mentorship from senior leaders, with project goals and scopes directly determined by the Country Head & Product Management Leaders
Engage in various aspects of project execution, from planning and coordination to problem-solving and performance tracking
Rotate across functions to make a genuine impact with each project
Assume responsibility for measurable outcomes tied to real business results, from revenue-driving campaigns to product feature rollouts
Gain insight into the inner workings of the gaming business by participating in its operations
Access dedicated coaching and receive frequent performance feedback to foster development.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Recent graduates or those with less than 2 years of full-time experience
Strong academic background from reputable universities in Vietnam or abroad
Exceptional logical and structured thinking with the ability to work with data and break down complex problems
Confident communicator who works well in teams
Proactive and hardworking with a passion for games and game mechanics
A mindset of wanting to shape others' experiences with games
