Strategy Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support key initiatives related to Company’s corporate strategy– based on deep market domain research and study.
Structure and solve business problems, collaborating and coordinating with a range of internal stakeholders to make recommendations on a wide range of business issues
Develop rigorous, fact-based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations. Ensure strategic and financial soundness and alignment for recommendations
Work closely with functional teams on strategic projects, bringing timely and useful insight and analytical support
Communicate analysis and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise, and impactful way
Monitor the evolution of the private market industry, competitive landscape, new technology developments, and regulatory environment
Occasional travel (<10%) may be required from time to time. 

JOB REQUIREMENT

Outstanding record of academic achievement with excellent strategy development skills
Professional experience in a strategic role -  Product, Technology, Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity or Corporate Strategy
Excellent understanding of Financial technology and technology development methods and experience in delivering large scale projects on a global scale to multiple countries
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, attention to detail, and ability to carry out sophisticated financial modeling
Strong work ethic, proactively manages multiple high priority projects, and works effectively in a team
Demonstrates versatility to complete ad hoc requests and projects under tight time constraints and deadlines
Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior executives and external business partners
Self-starter, results-focused, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible
International work experience or exposure to working in an international company 
Strong decision-making capability and excellent time management skills
Held leadership responsibilities but is also a resourceful team-player and able to work effectively independently
