Collaborate with Senior Engineers to create sophisticated dynamic web applications using digital stacks. Work closely with internal teams to produce, assess, test, and troubleshoot intricate, accessible, and W3C-compliant data-oriented web applications that integrate with client systems, web services, and third-party APIs. Implement programming best practices and standard methodologies including design review documentation, object-oriented development, and in-line comments for maintainable and scalable code. Operate in an agile development environment focusing on speed and prototyping. Engage in discussions with design and other departments to understand requirements, propose implementation strategies, and offer feedback. Assist the QA team in developing and executing test plans to ensure software quality and resolve any issues. Provide ongoing application support including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Mentor junior team members by offering coaching and guidance. Collaborate with clients on enhancements and improvements post-launch. Coordinate with teams across different locations, including nearshore and offshore teams.

Responsible for complete manual QA of web, mobile, and payment processes including functionality, integration, regression, exploratory testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop risk-based testing strategies for releases, including scoping, estimating, preparing test data, defining entry and exit criteria. Ensure seamless end-to-end flows across frontend, backend, and integrations with third-party systems, covering multiple countries, currencies, and payment methods. Conduct API testing using tools like Postman, verifying payment lifecycle and handling of failures such as refunds, settlements, retries, idempotency, and webhooks. Manage defect reporting and triage, communicate quality status and risks effectively, and make evidence-based decisions on whether to proceed with releases. Enhance regression testing coverage and QA processes, fostering close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
