Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to continuously improve performance and outcomes.
Leading branding initiatives through marketing campaigns, campus engagement, and professional networks.
Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to evolve recruitment strategies.
Working closely with hiring managers to define roles, selection criteria, and interview frameworks.
Building and nurturing relationships with agencies, universities, and other partners to expand sourcing channels and strengthen talent pipelines.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 7 years of progressive recruitment experience, with a proven track record in managing end-to-end hiring within high-growth tech environments
Leadership: At least 2-3 years in a managerial role overseeing recruitment teams in IT or technology sectors
Scalability & Agility: Ability to build scalable recruitment functions that adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining quality
Employer Branding: Expertise in branding strategies and executing impactful campaigns across multiple platforms
Market Knowledge: Strong grasp of current recruitment practices and emerging trends within Vietnam's tech talent ecosystem
Stakeholder Influence: Skilled in stakeholder engagement and using data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions at all levels
Bilingual Communication: Fluent in English and Vietnamese, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams and global stakeholders
Team Empowerment: Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams toward shared goals while cultivating an inclusive, values-driven culture

Senior Accounting Manager, APAC
