JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Lead (100% IT Focus) is responsible for leading experienced Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, focusing on senior level and abobe. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, involving in identifying and persuading top IT talents, and managing all recruitment vendors. The Talent Acquisition Lead will also be responsible for overseeing employer branding efforts, managing the recruitment budget, and providing consultation to management in both Vietnam and US regarding the organization's strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead Talent Acquisition team to execute the following tasks:
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and onboard top IT talents; utilize effectively sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Provide consultation and insights to the executives, directors, and managers in both US and Vietnam on the Vietnam IT talent market, including talent availability, market trends, and benefit benchmark.
Oversee employer branding initiatives to enhance company’s brand in IT talent market, including creating and maintaining a strong online presence, managing recruitment marketing campaigns, and participating in relevant industry events.
Manage recruitment budget, including tracking and reporting recruitment expenses, optimizing recruitment channels, and ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. 

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must-have:
At least 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on IT talent in recent 3 years.
Proven track records of attracting and onboarding top IT talents for high-demanding requirements, including senior/principal/lead positions that require multiple programming language comprehension.
Possess strong network connections among IT communities, in Vietnam and particularly in Ho Chi Minh city.
Knowledge and insights on the Vietnam IT talent market, including talent availability, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Strong recruitment planning and budget management skills; be able to track and report on recruitment expenses, to optimize recruitment channels for cost-effectiveness, and to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
Demonstrated experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and utilizing social media and other channels for talent attraction.
Strong leadership and coaching skills; experience in leading of small team of experienced talent acquisition members; experience in setting transparent performance expectation for team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to members’ professional growth, and fostering culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in team.
Excellent communication in both English and Vietnamese; be able to build and maintain close relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Nice-to-have:
Degree in IT-related field.
In-depth understanding of IT roles, technologies, trends, and ability to assess technical skills.
Previous experience working with C-level as hiring managers is highly desirable.
Data-driven mindset, using metrics and analytics to evaluate recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize recruitment strategies.

Lead/Principal Java Software Engineer
