Team Leader (NodeJS, ReactJS)
Job Description
- You will work on cloud-based services offered by the company to other business
- Provide technical leadership to web development staff, monitor quality of work, develop and maintain effective collaboration and working relationships with team members and other stakeholders in SKYLINE.
- Monitor website performance, diagnosing, and fixing website related issues.
- Work in microservice architecture and opportunity to learn with other talented developers
- Interaction with customers from around the work and learn cutting edge technology
- Work as full stack developer with NodeJS as backend, Mongo DB, PostGre as the data store and ReactJS as frontend
- Work in a DevOps environment
- Work with brands such as Air Asia
Job Requirement
- Education or working experience in computer science, IT or related fields
- More than 5 years of experience of Full Stack development
- At least 2+ years experience for Team Leader position
- Experience leading web projects
- Provide training and support to team members
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS with a high drive to learn and expand your skillset
- You possess knowledge and experience with using and integrating APIs
- Comfortable with SQL databases (MySQL, POSTGRES, etc.) and ORMs (Doctrine, Eloquent, etc.)
- Ability to write clear documentation and specifications
- Curious, willing to learn new things, not afraid by challenges
- Experience working in CI/CD and the microservice environment is an advantage
- Have a good grip on object-oriented programming. Ability to work directly on the backend services
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
