JOB DESCRIPTION

Contribute to the Technical Team, collaborating with the Web and Mobile teams.
Accountable for system and architecture design, database design, and technology solutions for the project.
Assess code and project solutions.
Address technical challenges and devise alternative solutions.
Provide support, training and skill development for programmers.
Conduct ongoing research, assessment, and integration of new technologies to enhance development efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At least 5 years of experience handling the analysis, design, and development of large-scale software solutions using ReactJS and NodeJs.
Proficiency in Javascript and experience with Front-end & Back-end frameworks.
Strong grasp and experience in:
Implementing design patterns;
Creating clean code, adhering to coding standards, and conducting code reviews & refactoring;
Writing unit tests, utilizing mocking libraries, and achieving code coverage;
Capable of leading technical support and training sessions;
Detail-oriented and driven to achieve goals.
Additional experience/knowledge in any of the following is a plus:
SSO & Microservice architecture
GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch
K8s, Docker
System monitoring, TimeSeries Database (e.g. StatsD, InfluxDB, Graphite…)
CI/CD with Gitlab, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, Bitbucket, or similar tools
Cloud services (GCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure…)
Proficient in English, with the ability to read and comprehend English documents and communicate fluently.
Capable of effectively using AI in software development, including creating reusable AI "skills," understanding agentic AI concepts, selecting suitable models for each task, and optimizing token usage and cost.
Proficient in orchestrating AI work and designing and managing end-to-end AI work pipelines.
A significant advantage to have experience with tools like GitHub Copilot, ClaudeKit, and agentic AI frameworks such as OpenClaw.
