Cloud Architecture & Target State: Define and evolve the Azure target architecture, including multisubscription design, network and identity concepts, and Azure Landing Zones - grounded in the Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework DevOps & Automation: Establish IaC standards with Terraform, design GitOps and CI/CD architectures, and enable development teams through self-service platform approaches Security & Governance: Integrate security-by-design and compliance requirements from the start - covering IAM, network segmentation, and secrets management - and support audits and security reviews together with InfoSec and Compliance Migration, Modernization & FinOps: Plan and accompany migrations from on-premise or legacy systems into Azure, evaluate workloads for cloud-readiness, and apply cost-by-design principles to keep cloud spend transparent and efficient Advisory & Enablement: Review and evaluate existing and new cloud concepts, contribute to architecture governance, create and maintain architecture documentation, and actively transfer knowledge to teams and stakeholders

Triển khai dự án dữ liệu: Tham gia triển khai các dự án Data Platform, Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse, AI Platform… chủ yếu trong lĩnh vực Tài chính - Ngân hàng. Thiết kế & Vận hành: Thực hiện thiết kế, cài đặt cấu hình và vận hành toàn bộ phần mềm, dịch vụ trong nền tảng dữ liệu (database, data ingestion, data governance, orchestration, query engine…). Hỗ trợ khách hàng & đối tác: Phát triển, tối ưu data pipeline, báo cáo; hỗ trợ migrate dữ liệu từ hệ thống cũ sang nền tảng mới. Đầu mối kỹ thuật: Làm việc trực tiếp với hãng và đối tác trong các trao đổi kỹ thuật. Tài liệu triển khai: Lập và quản lý tài liệu liên quan đến quá trình triển khai. Trình bày & Giới thiệu giải pháp: Tham gia trình bày, giới thiệu các giải pháp dữ liệu với khách hàng. Nghiên cứu & Phát triển: Nghiên cứu chuyên sâu các công nghệ và giải pháp dữ liệu theo định hướng công ty. Các công việc khác: Thực hiện nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu.

Leading the exploration of the current (As-is) and ideal (To-be) states: Working with engineers to clarify and define current specifications, including unorganized and undocumented legacy materials. Defining the desired behavior at PMI completion and translating it into a step-by-step approach and requirements. Setting deadlines and defining the "Definition of Done" for each action and strictly managing them. Collaborating with the Staff Engineer to assess the trade-offs between technical constraints and business requirements, and define the scope that provides a satisfactory ROI. Operating the project with a "SWAT team" consisting of Senior Software Engineers and Project Managers at its core. Collaborating with Tech Leads and Project Managers to maintain the pace of progress through appropriate task assignments and blocker removal. Ensuring the quality of documentation, including requirements and API specifications, guaranteeing not only the accuracy of Japanese-English translations but also logical consistency. Cross-management of stakeholders across multiple locations and multiple projects. Streamlining human-dependent operations, including AI agents and automation tools. Leading the development of data migration plans, security integration policies, and testing strategies until approval is obtained. Cultivating a "bad news early" culture to promote early risk detection and escalation. Continuously improving and updating the PMI playbook (standard procedures).
