Discussing the requirements with the team and breaking them down into epics and Jira tasks. Facilitating estimations with the team and capturing them on corresponding Jira items. Tracking progress, ensuring the team stays on plan, and keeping it up to date in Jira. Providing technical leadership and mentoring the engineering team.
