Create tools and workflows tailored for developing assets specifically designed to deliver captivating mixed reality experiences.

Collaborate with diverse teams, including designers, engineers, and artists, to seamlessly integrate art assets into mixed-reality environments.

Develop, implement, and maintain tools and pipelines in Maya to streamline the workflow for artists.

Establish and maintain tools that enable the Art team to effectively create assets within the Unity engine.

Address technical challenges within Maya and Unity, offering innovative solutions to ensure smooth collaboration between the two environments.

Work closely with the programming team to seamlessly integrate assets from Maya into Unity.

Ensure that art assets are optimized and comply with necessary performance requirements in Unity, resulting in a seamless and immersive experience.

Provide training and continuous support to artists, ensuring they are proficient in technical requirements, new tools, best practices, and efficient usage within both Unity and Maya.

Stay updated on the latest technologies and techniques in Unity, Maya, and broader industry practices to continuously enhance the art pipeline.

Document tool usage and workflow methodologies and conduct training sessions to enable artists to unleash the full potential of Maya and Unity.

A comprehensive portfolio showcasing technical expertise and proficiency in the field.

Profound understanding of 3D modeling, rigging, animation, and related tasks in Maya.

Proficiency in scripting using Python and MEL within the Maya environment.

Hands-on knowledge and experience with Unity, emphasizing the integration and optimization of art assets.

In-depth understanding of artists' workflows and game development pipeline, facilitating seamless alignment of technical solutions with creative requirements.

Solid problem-solving skills and effective collaboration in team-oriented environments.

Familiarity with technical constraints of game development, such as performance optimization and platform-specific requirements.

Effective communication skills in English and Vietnamese to gather requirements from artists and clearly articulate the usage of developed tools.

Experience with version control systems like PlasticSCM, Git, and Perforce, ensuring an organized development process.

Knowledge of C# programming is an advantage.
