As a Technical Artist, specializing in Art Pipeline and Integration, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the art team's creative vision and technical implementation. Developing tools and workflows for creating assets specifically tailored for captivating mixed reality experiences.

Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, including designers, engineers, and artists, to ensure the seamless integration of art assets into mixed-reality environments.

Developing, implementing, and maintaining tools and pipelines in Maya to streamline the workflow for artists.

Creating and sustaining tools that empower the Art team to efficiently create assets within the Unity engine.

Troubleshooting technical issues within both Maya and Unity, finding innovative solutions that ensure smooth collaboration between the two environments.

Collaborating closely with the programming team to seamlessly integrate assets from Maya into Unity.

Ensuring that art assets are optimized and meet the necessary performance requirements in Unity, contributing to a seamless and immersive experience.

Providing training and ongoing support to artists, ensuring they are well-versed in technical requirements, new tools, best practices, and efficient usage within both Unity and Maya.

Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in Unity, Maya, and broader industry practices to continuously improve the art pipeline.

Documenting tool usage, and workflow methodologies, and conducting training sessions to enable artists to leverage the full potential of Maya and Unity.

A strong portfolio showcasing your technical expertise and proficiency in the field.

Strong understanding of 3D modeling, rigging, animation, and other related tasks in Maya

Expertise in scripting with Python and MEL within the Maya environment

Practical experience and knowledge with Unity, specifically focusing on the integration and optimization of art assets.

A deep understanding of artists' workflows and the game development pipeline, allows you to align technical solutions with creative needs seamlessly.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Familiarity with the technical constraints of game development, such as performance optimization and platform-specific requirements.

Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, enabling you to gather requirements from artists effectively and articulate the usage of developed tools clearly.

Experience with version control systems like PlasticSCM, Git, and Perforce, ensuring a smooth and organized development process.

C# programming is a plus
