Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimisation of learning management systems and related platforms to ensure effective content delivery and learner experience. Collaborate with the Head of Technical Development Advisory and senior stakeholders to align learning initiatives with strategic priorities and transformation objectives. Develop and report on key performance metrics, learning analytics, and program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent learning experiences across multiple locations.
