JOB DESCRIPTION

Work alongside the Delivery Lead and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Convert business needs into clear and structured documentation, which includes user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Aid in the creation and upkeep of technical documentation, such as API specifications, data models, and system architecture overviews.
Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions with stakeholders and development teams.
Serve as a link between offshore teams and stakeholders in Australia, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
Assist in UAT planning and coordination to guarantee that delivered features meet business expectations.
Continuously enhance documentation standards and delivery processes.

JOB REQUIREMENT

5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven setting.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, particularly Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven ability to create high-quality documentation for both business and technical audiences.
Hands-on experience working with technical teams, especially in Java-based environments.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex business challenges.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar.
Experience working with distributed or offshore teams.
Familiarity with REST APIs, data structures, and system integration concepts.
Prior experience engaging with Australian clients or similar markets.
