Technical Consultant (Android) 

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Consultant (Client Android) as part of the Customer Success and Support Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Working together with Technical Support Team and Cross-Functional teams to troubleshoot incident, problem and change management to ensure all reported issues are resolved as per pre-defined SLA
Create and maintain API Bridge solution between SDK and cross platforms (i.e. Flutter, ReactNative, Cordova…)
Managing Diagnostic Application including maintain, update application regularly
Participate in the project with customer to support the integration of Company
Provide on-call/remote support outside regular business hours as and when required.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Requirements
Location: HCM City and other provinces where you can contribute remotely
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 1-2 years of e xper ience in building software for Android
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
Soft skills
Able to handle pressures while working on high priority/critical incidents
Work in a team environment
Be smart, driven, curious, and empathetic support member
Love to work with multi-national customers
Good at interpersonal communication with strong verbal/written English skills
Previous experience supporting software products and resolving complex technical queries
Experience in a customer-facing role within a high-tech industry, ideally with direct exposure to troubleshooting technical issues
Willing to work beyond business hours as and when required (Overtime benefit will be provided)
Willing to travel oversea to work at customers’ site as required
