JOB DESCRIPTION

The Technical Editor role involves consistently finding fresh and clear ways to describe products for customers.
You will communicate information to various target audiences and produce manuals, multimedia technical content, training materials, and online support systems.
Additionally, you will offer guidance to customers on effective project design and planning.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Completion of technical studies in technical editing, engineering, or related field
Proficient in writing and structuring techniques
Understanding of mechanical components and basic electromechanical knowledge
Familiarity with structured data tools (XML, SGML, etc.)
Knowledge of standards such as S1000D, ATA iSpec
Experience or keen interest in writing technical documentation for the aviation industry, particularly for Aircraft Cargo Handling Systems
Familiarity with content management systems
Ability to anticipate and address user queries effectively
Proficiency in English, with knowledge of German as a bonus
Strong teamwork and proactive attitude
Capability to work independently and under pressure
