We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our team. The Project Leader of individuals with creative and technical skills that are able to manage projects. As Project Leader, your job is to help manage the entire life of the project, from conception to delivery. Each day, you will review the tasks and goals that need to be completed with your team. You will work with the company’s customers in order to deliver the web/app product that they envision. You will also work with members to create new and innovative web/app solutions for upcoming projects or situations.

Responsibilities
As a Technical Lead, your daily responsibilities will include:
Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member
Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members
Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow
Offer emotional support to project team members and make people feel valued
Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks, and provide updates on goal progress
Implement incentives to keep the team motivated and focused on their daily tasks project goals
Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps
Nurture collaboration amongst team members
Create a workspace that encourages creativity and innovation to get the most out of the team
Quickly and effectively resolve team conflicts
Write project reports as necessary
Reward team members for their continued efforts and celebrate accomplishments

JOB REQUIREMENT

Good candidates for Technical Lead position should have the following qualifications:
Graduated from Information Technology or Computer Science
Having Logistics domain experience is a plus
At least 2-3 years of experience working in team management.
In-depth technical knowledge (Javascript: NodeJS, ReactJS)
Experienced in DevOps, CI/CD, Microservices
Experienced in webdev performance, database tuning, software architecture
Experienced in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Good communication and writing in English
