Technical Lead (Backend)


The main responsibility of the Technical Leader is to ensure efficient delivery of change by analyzing, defining, and documenting requirements, as well as identifying potential solutions using agile delivery methods.
Key responsibilities include:
Working in small, collaborative agile teams with a clear mission and ownership of important outcomes for clients and their customers.
Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to establish best practices in areas such as APIs, security, compliance, roadmap, and reliability.
Guiding the technical direction of software features and building highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable APIs for high-volume transactions.

Below are the qualifications and requirements for the position:
Must have a practical mindset.
Proficient in professional software engineering practices for the entire development lifecycle. This includes coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, operation, monitoring, etc.
At least 8 years of software development experience. However, applicants with less experience will still be considered.
Ideally, should possess 3+ years of experience in Java, though familiarity with other general-purpose programming languages is also acceptable.
Understanding of system design for high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Strong database and schema design skills for large-scale financial systems.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient in microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, or message queue systems.
Professional experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Background in enterprise architecture.
Proficiency in the English language.
Must be able to work and reside in Ho Chi Minh City.
B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or a related discipline with practical development experience.
