JOB DESCRIPTION

Create and manage top-notch, adaptable, and protected application for our platform facilities.
Maintain excellent code quality and system stability through code evaluations, testing, and operational best practices.
Work together efficiently with other engineers, product managers, and team members from various locations in a positive and considerate manner.
Be responsible for the complete development process, from execution to ongoing enhancement of our fundamental services.
Guide and have an impact on other engineers in the office to help them improve their technical expertise and encourage a culture of technical brilliance within the team.

JOB REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 7 years of experience working as a server-side engineer
Proficiency in developing medium-to-large scale applications
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies based on architectural and technical requirements
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Track record of enhancing the technical capabilities of the team and experience in mentoring and developing junior to mid-level engineers
Familiarity with Ruby, Java/Kotlin or Go
Experience in developing platform services
Knowledge of modernizing legacy applications
