Technical Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION

Report: A timely, accurate, and comprehensive report regarding the job-related information to the Board of Directors on a regular or ad-hoc basis
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design end-to-end solution architectures that align with the organization's strategic goals and technology roadmap.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support solution development.
Create detailed architectural designs, including system components, interfaces, and integration points.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and guidelines.
Identify and mitigate technical risks and propose suitable solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in solution architecture.
Collaborate with project managers to estimate project timelines, resources, and costs.
Support pre-sales activities by participating in client meetings and presenting solution proposals.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software solutions.
Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using various technologies, such as cloud platforms, databases, web services, and enterprise integration frameworks.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and staying abreast of industry advancements.

Define the overall technology strategy and solution architecture for the program. Review business processes and align them with technical design, ensuring end-to-end feasibility. Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation and solution design artifacts. Act as a bridge across product owners, engineering managers, solution architects, platform teams, security teams, and vendors. Ensure alignment between multiple delivery streams such as core banking, cards, payments, digital channels, integration, and data. Coordinate architecture and delivery consistency across distributed and offshore teams. Drive collaboration between internal and client teams to remove blockers and expedite execution. Promote modern engineering practices including microservices and distributed architecture, event-driven systems (Kafka), cloud-native development, CI/CD, DevOps, and automation-first engineering. Advocate for security-by-design and compliance-by-design principles across delivery. Promote AI-assisted engineering practices across the SDLC (code generation, test automation, refactoring, documentation), while ensuring correctness, governance, and security.
