JOB DESCRIPTION

Phân tích thiết kế hệ thống, xây dựng cơ sở, cấu trúc sourcecode, điều tra tìm hiểu kỹ thuật.
Tham gia cùng với các kỹ sư bên Nhật, vận hành và phát triển các product, dịch vụ của công ty.
Trao đổi với các phòng ban Marketing, Design hoặc PM của dự án để nắm được yêu cầu và triển khai.
Sang công ty mẹ bên Nhật công tác hoặc sang làm lâu dài khi có yêu cầu từ công ty.
Review code, hỗ trợ các member khác.
Tìm tòi, phát kiến ý tưởng, giải pháp cải thiện, cải tiến quy trình, nâng cao hiệu suất công việc và tính năng cho sản phẩm.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Nhật trình độ tương đương N1/N2, sử dụng tiếng Nhật lưu loát.
Mong muốn làm việc lâu dài tại Nhật.
Có 5 năm kinh nghiệm coding (hệ thống web hoặc ứng dụng di động).
Sử dụng React/Next.js, Node.js hoặc Swift, Kotlin.
Kinh nghiệm techlead, team leader từ 2 năm trở lên.
Kinh nghiệm viết unit test.
Kinh nghiệm kiểm tra mã nguồn.
Kinh nghiệm xây dựng kiến trúc dự án từ đầu, thiết kế infra, hiểu biết và kiến thức về cơ chế của các framework khác nhau.
Kinh nghiệm thiết kế API Http (RESTFul), GraphQL.
Kinh nghiệm AWS hoặc GCP.

Owning the technical direction of Managed ERP Hosting - the wizard-driven, message-based (Azure Service Bus) provisioning and reliable operation of per-tenant ERP environments on Azure. Owning the Documents Archive Solution (DAS) - GoBD-compliant archive for invoices and business documents, built as a React + TypeScript (Bun / Effect) service on Azure (PostgreSQL, Blob storage, Event Hub) and integrated into the Hub and Managed ERP Panel. Defining and evolving the technical architecture: modular design, REST and GraphQL APIs, cloud infrastructure (Azure), and data flows. Driving the roadmap for the cloud transformation - moving the ERP step by step from virtual machines onto Linux and Docker. Owning the roadmap for test automation, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), observability, and operational reliability. Evaluating and adopting AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate team productivity. Championing secure-by-design practices and maintainable, high-quality code across the entire stack. Hands-on incident response and on-call escalation support together with the team.
