Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable applications using .NET (C#) and JavaScript (ReactJS) Act as a hands-on technical contributor while leading and managing a small development team (3-4 members), ensuring effective task allocation, delivery, and technical guidance. Collaborate with Product Owner, Development Lead, and other developers to define and deliver product increments. Develop and maintain applications, ensuring code quality and scalability. Implement and optimize continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira and JFrog Artifactory. Utilize tools like SonarQube and Github CodeQL for static code analysis to ensure software security and quality. Design, develop, review, implement, maintain and manage continuous integration, build management and deployment scripts, systems, and any code as required; Write unit tests and run through all the test cases for assigned tasks and ensure all cases are tested and passed before release for testing. Participate in Agile/Scrum activities: daily standup, demo session, retrospective, estimate, and planning, etc Provide mentoring/training for junior members if any Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Recent 3+ years of cloud Native, Modern solution Architecture with recent 3+ years of insurance (preferred), Banking, Fintech, or e-commerce experience. Successfully designed and delivered secure, high performance resilient cloud native solutions using open-source frameworks. Experience with micro frontend, microservices, server-less code, Docker containers, Kubernetes orchestration framework. Continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), package deployments. Data High and Low level design deliverables - ERD, Logical and Physical Design Design and implement large and complex data solutions (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Analytics), having experience with some tools WS Glue, Lake Formation, AWS Athena, OpenMetadata. Experience with Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure at scale and architecture designs of cloudnative ecosystem. Experience with Data as a Service concepts and data virtualization Experience with designing solutions for managing highly complex business rules. Translate business requirements, including application resiliency requirements, into application architectural specifications. Create, evaluate and implement plans and design proposals for high impact IT solutions, involving leading edge technologies. Manage technical project delivery; perform code reviews and make recommendations of code changes; collaborate with vendor development staff to resolve technical challenges; help to analyse and determine performance tuning and scalability improvements of code and queries.
