Technical Leader

Product-Centric Engineering & Strategy: Collaborate with Product Managers, own end-to-end feature responsibility, and adapt to new technology directions, such as AI/ML integration.

Architecture & Technical Foundation: Design robust systems, leverage cloud services effectively, and ensure performance, security, and cost optimization.

Delivery & Execution: Ensure on-time releases, manage scope creep, and maintain system stability and reliability in production.

Leadership & Mentorship: Set coding standards, provide mentorship through code reviews, and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Prioritizes Product Goals: Balances technical and business aspects while emphasizing speed-to-market.

Takes Ownership: Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility for the results rather than just the efforts made.

Adaptive: Willing to learn continually, embracing and leading AI adoption and new workflows.

Strong Communicator: Excelling in verbal and written communication skills, capable of negotiating scope and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Backend Development with a focus on Python.

2+ years in a leadership role with mentoring responsibilities.

Experience in integrating AI/ML models into production systems.

Proficiency in Python, particularly in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

In-depth understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) data modeling.

Proficiency with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Proven experience in System Design including API design, Data flow, and Event-driven architecture.
