JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading a software development team at The Company, with a mission to:
Design and develop IT architectures of groundbreaking software solutions for The Company's digital educational products and platforms
Leading, recruiting & developing the software engineering team, helping them to unleash their full potential and maintain high standards & quality of work

JOB REQUIREMENT

Technical Skills Requirement
Profound experience in Golang, Postgres/MySQL
Familiar with mobile game engines and development platforms
Familiar with NextJs, Flutter/Dart
Decent knowledge in payment gateway integration with e-wallets (momo, zalopay, etc.), internet banking, visa master, in-app purchase, etc. is a BIG PLUS
Have advanced knowledge of complex software design, distributed system design, design patterns, data structures, algorithms and protocol
Excellent data analytics skills and ability to explore and identify data issues
You have professional experience with cloud (AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Azure), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Profound experience with CI/CD, SCM, Prometheus, Grafana, building and deploying infrastructure with cloud deployment technologies
Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to an agile team of developers, thus helping them improve their technical and soft skills
Have a degree in computer science, information technology or related fields Have professional experience working in an agile development environment
Qualifications
5+ years of backend developer experience
3+ years of mobile or frontend developer experience
Recent and minimum 2 years experience as Team Lead/Technical Lead
Have a good command of English and can confidently collaborate with external partners/stakeholders
Personality
You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
You are well-organized and attentive to details to ensure all technical documents and materials are well-documented throughout the whole development process
You have a strong passion for researching to maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology solutions, industry trends, and best practices for the team
You are highly adaptable, inspirational and possess an entrepreneurial spirit

WHAT'S ON OFFER

Year-end bonus: according to personal performance and company performance
Annual leave: 12 days, plus 1 day with 3 years seniority
Social insurance, PIT: our Client will cover - 100% NET salary
Lunch allowance: ~700k VND/month
Accommodation allowance: 5% net salary/month (pay in the end of each year)
