JOB DESCRIPTION

The Product Management community focuses on connecting product strategy and development with the overall business vision, from discovery to delivery. The teams prioritize understanding consumer and user needs and behaviors while ensuring alignment with business goals. They work closely with other departments to define product vision, plan product strategies, manage implementation, lead delivery, and oversee ongoing iterations and optimization.
The company is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join the global Product Management team, which has members in the USA, UK, and VN. The position involves working on various aspects such as assessing business value, collaborating with different crafts to define experiences, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and delivering impactful experiences to end users.
Key responsibilities include contributing to roadmap creation and management, serving as a liaison between stakeholders in the US and the tech team in Vietnam, writing detailed feature requirements and user stories, identifying dependencies, risks, and blockers, supporting end-to-end feature delivery, assisting with defect identification and resolution, measuring and communicating key metrics for feature success, and ensuring alignment and managing expectations with key stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves active participation in a culture of learning and growth.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Proficient in different development methodologies
Ability to comprehend, simplify, and convey creative or technical concepts
Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
Adaptability and problem-solving skills
Valuing design and user experience
Minimum 2+ years experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or similar roles
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

The Product Owner is responsible for representing the customer's voice and providing the vision and roadmap for the Merchant services experience. They work closely with the Head of and Product consultant to prioritize the squad backlog. They contribute to and lead the discovery and delivery of new initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and regulatory requirements, balanced with technical do-ability and risk assessment. Being ultimately accountable for the squad's outcomes Collaborating with the squad to elaborate features and stories, defining acceptance criteria and definition of done Making effective day-to-day decisions to facilitate the squad's progress Working in collaboration with the Scrum Master and the squad to deliver backlog, and attending all relevant agile ceremonies Communicating and engaging with stakeholders outside of the squad to protect squad members and avoid context-switching Ensuring that the customer and colleague experience is protected and complete UAT/BVT when required Fulfilling other assigned tasks by the People Leader and/or authorized representative of the company from time to time.
