JOB DESCRIPTION

We're in need of a Technical Program Manager to oversee our complex data collection projects. The focus will be on creating reliable and efficient web data acquisition systems that can function effectively in technically challenging and high-traffic environments.
Main responsibilities for this role include:
Creating and executing strong data collection systems that can handle intricate web environments and dynamic content
Devising solutions for obtaining public web data while adhering to site policies, technical constraints, and cost-efficiency
Spearheading the exploration and advancement of advanced browser automation techniques
Developing plans for managing network requests, browser fingerprinting, and session handling
Establishing scalable methods for processing JavaScript-heavy websites and dynamic content
Installing advanced request management systems, including rate limiting and ethical access patterns
Designing systems for maintaining genuine browser profiles and session management

JOB REQUIREMENT

Required Skills
Proficiency in using automation tools such as Scrapy and Playwright
Strong understanding of web protocols, including HTTP/HTTPS, and browser automation
Ability to work with browser fingerprinting, session management, and browser profiling techniques
Proficient in proxy management, network configurations, and request optimization
Knowledge of modern web security practices and technical challenges
Desirable leadership skills
