Technical Program Manager (Japanese Speaking)

JOB DESCRIPTION

PMIプロジェクトのテクニカルリーダーシップ（Technical Leadership for PMI Projects）ハイレベルなロードマップに基づき、OKR・マイルストーン・WBS・予算を定義し、PMI完了まで一貫して推進する。
現状（As-is）と理想（To-be）の探索をリード：未整理・未ドキュメントのレガシーを含む現行仕様を、エンジニアと協働して解明・定義する。
PMI完了時点のあるべき挙動を定義し、ステップごとのアプローチと要件へ落とし込む。
各アクションのDefinition of Done（完了定義）と期限を定め、厳密に管理する。
技術制約と事業要件のトレードオフを、Staff Engineerと協働して判断し、ROIに見合うスコープを定義する。
プロダクト開発チームのマネジメント（Management of Product Development Teams
Senior Software Engineer / Project Managerからなる「SWAT team」を中心に、プロジェクト運営を行う。
Tech Lead / PjMと連携し、適切な担当アサインとブロッカー除去により、推進速度を維持する。
要件定義・API仕様などドキュメント品質を担保する（日本語-英語の翻訳精度だけでなく、論理整合性も含む）。
複数拠点（地域）・複数案件のステークホルダーを横断してマネジメントする。
プロセス／品質の標準化と高度化（Standardization & Enhancement of Process and Quality）人依存のオペレーションを、AIエージェントや自動化ツールを含めて合理化する。
データ移行計画、セキュリティ統合方針、テスト戦略を策定し、承認取得までリードする。
"悪いニュースを早く出す"文化を醸成し、リスクの早期発見とエスカレーションを推進する。
PMI playbook（標準手順）を継続的に改善・更新する。

JOB REQUIREMENT

Webアプリ開発またはアーキテクチャ設計の経験：5年以上エンジニアリングバックグラウンドは必須。Tech Leadと同等目線で議論できること。
プロジェクトマネジメント経験：3年以上Agile（Scrum）／Waterfallの双方を理解し、状況に応じて使い分け・混在運用できること。
複数拠点をまたぐステークホルダー／ベンダーマネジメント経��。
AIネイティブ／テクノロジーリーダーシップ特にAIエージェントなどを含むツール活用で、業務最適化した経験。
語学日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（事業側との交渉・合意形成）。
英語：ビジネスレベル以上（技術・PMの推進）。
マインドセット曖昧さを楽しみ、カオスを構造化することにやりがいを感じられる。
未整備なレガシーを深掘りし、分析を完遂する推進力がある。

M&Aにおけるシステム統合（PMI）の実務経験。
複数地域にまたがる開発チームのリード／マネジメント経験。
大規模データ移行の計画・実行経験。
AWS / GCP / Azureなどクラウドインフラの知識。

日本企業での就業経験。
