We're hiring a Project Manager to own the end-to-end success of our customer engagements - from first technical workshop through production deployment and expansion. You'll be the strategic counterpart to our Forward-Deployed Engineers: while they build the agentic applications, you architect the engagement, manage the relationship, and make sure the solution actually lands and creates value inside the customer's organization.This is a customer-facing role for someone who can hold a credible technical conversation about agentic AI, cognitive ontologies, and industrial applications, while also driving timelines, mitigating risk, and growing accounts.#Responsibilities Own the customer engagement lifecycle: discovery, scoping, planning, execution, validation, and expansion across multiple accounts. Translate customer business goals into clear problem statements, solution scopes, and milestone plans that FDEs can execute against. Partner with FDEs on solution design - making trade-offs on scope, timeline, and architectural complexity to maximize business impact. Run workshops, design sessions, and milestone reviews with customer engineering and domain teams. Track project health (scope, schedule, risks, blockers) and proactively course-correct before issues escalate. Drive adoption: equip customer teams with training, documentation, and the operating cadence needed to use our platform independently. Surface platform gaps, customer patterns, and expansion opportunities back to product and leadership. Develop reusable engagement playbooks, templates, and best practices that scale across accounts.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Monetization to define and own the product strategy, and lead the development of initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth for our marketplace. You will be responsible for optimizing the existing revenue product portfolio and launching new monetization opportunities that deliver value to agents, renters, and the platform.You'll work closely with engineers, designers, analysts, and business stakeholders to drive monetization growth at scale.This role is based flexibly in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. Monetization Strategy: Define and own the monetization product strategy for the marketplace, focusing on helping customers sell or rent their properties more effectively while driving sustainable revenue growth for the platform. Product Development: Optimize the current monetization product portfolio such as listing products, pricing tools, and subscription offerings …, and create new products to unlock new monetization opportunities. Experimentation & Optimization: Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and continuously improve monetization outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Pricing teams to ensure seamless execution and successful adoption of product initiatives. Market & User Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape, user behavior, and property business models to identify and prioritize monetization and growth opportunities. Coordinate, monitor, and manage system integration project deployments for enterprise clients, independently or in support of the Project Manager (Lead). This may involve projects related to the deployment of technology platforms such as DevSecOps Platform, Container Platform (OpenShift/ Kubernetes), API Management (API Connect/ Kong), Monitoring & Observability (Datadog/ Prometheus/ Grafana), and CI/CD Pipeline. Communicate with clients and partners throughout the project execution process, independently or in support of the Project Manager (Lead). Develop an implementation plan and methods to ensure the project is completed on schedule. Manage, monitor, and supervise the progress and quality of the project, and manage risks to ensure that the project is implemented according to the scope and requirements of the contract. Receive customer requests and propose solutions as necessary. Report and update the project status and progress to the Delivery Manager/Project Manager and the Client. Manage project documents and records. Support/execute project acceptance and handover, including preparing documentation and monitoring the acceptance process with the client. Project administrative support/management includes monitoring resource allocation/timesheets, preparing reports for PMO, Management, and Clients. Perform other project management-related tasks as required.
