JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs in various areas and departments.
Identifying potential candidates through online platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
Promoting job postings in appropriate forums to attract qualified candidates.
Evaluating candidate information and managing the recruitment process via an Applicant Tracking System.
Planning and coordinating interview processes, conducting screening calls, administering assessments, scheduling interviews, and providing timely feedback to candidates and headhunters.
Maintaining records of recruitment materials and interview notes to be shared with relevant stakeholders.
Assisting in the preparation and processing of hiring documentation in partnership with the Human Resources department.
Developing and executing targeted digital campaigns to enhance the company's online employer brand.
Utilizing online platforms to showcase company culture, career opportunities, and achievements.
Undertaking other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, with a specialization in IT recruitment
Must demonstrate a strong understanding of software development roles and technologies (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Golang, Swift, Kotlin, QA/QC, Bridging Engineer roles) to effectively evaluate candidates
Proficient in sourcing strategies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche platforms
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or equivalent recruitment tools
Good English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required
Must possess a data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze recruitment metrics
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment strategies, and data analysis is necessary
