JOB DESCRIPTION

Support enterprise applications and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Troubleshoot application problems using tools like IIS, Windows Event Viewer, and database queries.
Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Develop and optimize MSSQL/T-SQL scripts for data analysis and problem resolution.
Escalate and follow up on critical issues and deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Contribute to release management and coordination activities.
Provide support for business as usual (BAU) operations in line with ITIL framework.
Participate in shift rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in application support.
Must possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD is essential.
Proficient in database manipulation skills, including MSSQL/T-SQL scripts/queries.
Strong understanding of IIS troubleshooting using event viewer logs from Windows server.
Skilled in application troubleshooting and coordinating with multiple teams to resolve issues.
Demonstrated ability to work within service level agreements to address customer issues.
Must be willing to work in shifts.
Extensive knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes is required.
Ability to escalate and follow up in a timely manner on all blocking issues and deviations from SOPs.
Experience with ITIL framework to support day-to-day BAU Operations is preferred.
Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams across different locations.
Must be customer-focused and goal-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Experience in Release Management & Coordination is a plus.
