JOB DESCRIPTION

Evaluate transaction quality through audits and identify causes of defects
Provide feedback to individuals on their performance
Collaborate with operations to develop action plans
Analyze historical data to identify trends and present findings and solutions to clients
Create compliance audit reports and make decisions based on process workflow adherence
Identify and document deviations in processes and participate in updating or documenting them
Prepare daily individual completion reports using Excel
Participate in calibrations with the operations team, document changes and report to clients
Stay updated on stakeholder policies
Address and prioritize client requests to meet SLAs
Generate regular business reports and insights on quality issues
Conduct compliance audits and update quality frameworks to align with workflows

JOB REQUIREMENT

Strong communication and written skills
Experience working as an Agent in similar workflows
Preferably previous experience in QA roles
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing workflows
Effective interaction and collaboration across functions and levels
Prior annotation experience is an added advantage

WHAT'S ON OFFER

This position offers hybrid working arrangements, with three days working in the office and flexible hours.
Salary is negotiable based on candidate expectations.
Employees are entitled to 18 paid leaves annually, which includes 12 annual leaves and 6 personal leaves.
The insurance plan includes coverage based on full salary, a 13th-month salary, and performance bonuses.
A monthly meal allowance of 730,000 VND is provided.
Employees receive 100% full salary and benefits from the start of employment.
Medical benefits are extended to the employee and their family.
The work environment is fast-paced, flexible, and multicultural with opportunities for travel to 49 countries.
The company provides complimentary snacks, refreshments, and parking facilities.
Internal training programs covering technical, functional, and English language skills are offered.
The regular working hours are from 08:30 AM to 06:00 PM on Mondays to Fridays, inclusive of meal breaks.

Implement AI-assisted development workflows for 1,000+ engineers, including AI code generation, review, automated testing, and AI-powered debugging.
