UA Marketing Executive

Our client is a game development company known for creating immersive gaming experiences

JOB DESCRIPTION

Planning and managing paid UA campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, Unity Ads, and other ad networks.
Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, retention, and LTV, and proposing optimization actions based on insights.
Collaborating with the creative team to produce high-performing ad creatives and conducting A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
Working closely with product teams to understand game performance and align UA strategies with business goals.

JOB REQUIREMENT

2 years of experience in mobile marketing
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset; experience with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust) is required
Creative in proposing new ad concepts and evaluating creative performance
Knows ASO including keyword strategy, metadata testing, and store asset optimization
Proficient in using paid ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mintergral, etc.)
Knowledge of UA KPIs: CPI, ROAS, RR, LTV, CTR, etc.
Good English communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about mobile games and growth marketing
Can work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and deliver results under tight deadlines
