UI Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Embraces ownership of domain areas and goes above and beyond to execute
Develop new user-facing features
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENT

Must have:
Understand the core concepts of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
Have experience with building responsive websites, especially web-based mobile applications
Comfortable working with the design team
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
Have a great experience with converting designs in Figma into real codes with mock data using an existing component library
Can work and build a completed flow of given product functionalities independently
Know how to build different and customizable themes for UI components
Pay attention to UX
Use CSS or JavaScript-based animations to improve the app interactions
Nice to have: 
4+ years of experience in Front-end
Experience with at least one of the front-end frameworks such as React, VueJS
Have been working with TailwindCSS
Have experience with DOM APIs
Have experience with building reusable UI components from the scratch
Comfortable working with and making changes to the large existing code base
Familiar or involved with open­ source projects
