UI/UX Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role will allow you to have autonomy and ownership of our future roadmap, with a focus on user-centric design principles to help craft a variety of experiences that span across web, mobile, and beyond.
Own design problem end-to-end including research, creating information architecture, research, testing, collecting feedback, and using data to understand user needs, problems, and opportunities to make design decisions.
Provide feedback, opinions, and solutions to discussions that involve product development and discovery.
Work directly alongside product team members in collaborative efforts to build out features.
Effectively communicating across the teams to foster a collaborative work environment.
Willingness to perform other job duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT

2+ years of experience working in the UX design field
Understanding of practices for information architecture, user experience, interaction design, and user-centered design processes.
Communication skills with the ability to explain the design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders.
Ability to lean into and learn new things.
Knowledge of product design tools like Figma / Marvel App / Lottie (We use and love Figma).
