UI/UX Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Application and Mobile App Designer to join our team. As a designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications and mobile apps. You will collaborate closely with our development team and clients to ensure an exceptional user experience and meet project requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design user interfaces for web applications and mobile apps, considering usability and user experience principles.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project goals and requirements.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on user feedback.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across platforms and projects.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web and mobile app design.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation.
Optimize designs for various screen sizes, resolutions, and device capabilities.
Communicate and present design concepts, ideas, and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Web Application and Mobile App Designer or a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing your web and mobile app design projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and ability to create designs optimized for different devices and platforms.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Ability to break down complex product requirements into well-groomed user stories
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred.
Working good in English communication (TOEIC 700)
Nice to Have:
Working Proficiency in French communication is a huge plus (at least B2) (but not required)
Experience handling multiple projects at the same time
Experience working with remote teams
Experience with Jira and Atlassian tools
Experience working with SCRUM teams
